Andrea Anders

Anders, who was raised and born within Madison, Wisconsin but now is a resident of Los Angeles, is originally from DeForest. She completed her studies at DeForest Area High School in DeForest, Wisconsin in 1993 She also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 1997. Rutgers University awarded her a Master's of Fine Arts degree in 2001. Anders and her Joey co star Matt LeBlanc and their relationship lasted from 2006-2015. The two first met on the sets of the show, which has since been cancelled. Sean Anders, director of Sex Drive and Never Been Thawed (anders.com), is her older brother. Anders started working in theaters beginning in 2001. She was an understudy for Mary Louise Parker for the Broadway production Proof. Anders also was Elaine Robinson later in The Graduate. On the Jump was her first performance on The Arena Stage. New Doors was held in Guthrie Theater. Guthrie Theater. There were two New York Stage & Film productions, namely Cold/Tender & New World Rhapsody were also produced in the hands of New York Stage & Film. Anders started in the month of May at her first Geffen Playhouse production of Fat Pig. Fat Pig ended on 1 July 2007. Anders was the first actress to make an appearance on an Dannon commercial that ran between the 90s until 2006. Anders is most notable because of her roles on Joey (as lawyer Alex Garrett) and The Class in the role of Nicole Allen (nee Campbell) as the wife of a former football player. Both shows were cancelled even though she appeared on every episode. Anders appeared in guest roles on One Life to Live (as Donna Degenhart), Law & Order (as Heather), The Guiding Light as well as Tru Calling. Anders was on HBO for three seasons in the role of Donna Degenhart as early as 2003. She then made appearances as Heather on The Stepford Wives in 2004, and Brandy as Brandy and as Susan as Brandy in Sex Drive in 2008. Anders has also been seen in the show Numb3rs in 2008. Anders was also in two television shows that failed. Spellbound as well as News To Me were the two pilots that failed on television. Recently, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single-camera workplace comedy composed by Victor Fresco for ABC.
