Anneliese Louise van der Pol - an American born Dutch actress and singer - is the daughter of a Dutch national. Her fame is based on her performances in theatre as well as her role in the role of Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its sequel Raven's Home.
